Presenter Proposal System Tips

• Use an easy to remember user login such as your email address.
• View all your previously submitted proposals.
• Copy information from previous proposals (2009-2023)
  
  

Register to submit your proposal

• On the right in the navigation at the top of this page, click Submit Proposal Now to access the online system. 
• Or, use the "Submit your proposal now" link below.
  
  

Online Submission Instructions

• If you've previously submitted a proposal with ACEP, then you already have a profile and login. Once logged in, ensure your presenter profile is up to date. If this is your first submission, you will need to create an account.
• There are 6 parts to the proposal application. Each section has detailed instructions that parallel the RFP. After each part is completed you will see a green check mark. You cannot submit your proposal until you see all 6 check marks.
• Edit any section prior to submitting. Once you hit the submit button, changes cannot be made.
• If you have questions or concerns contact the office at admin@energypsych.org. 
• We strongly suggest you create a copy the information into Microsoft Word or other word processor.
